DO YOU DELIVER TO ALL ADDRESSES?
Yes we deliver to all of the North Island businesses and residential addresses. Unfortunately, due to transit times and ensuring our produce remains fresh, we are unable to deliver to the South Island and rural addresses just yet (exception of rural Waikato - yes we can deliver to you!)
HOW LONG IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?
For North Island residential and business address you can expect to see your package within 2-3 business days.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
For destinations between Auckland & Taupo, delivery is only $2.99! Any areas out of this sector, the delivery charge is $7.99. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the South Island just yet but keep an eye out as we will be coming to you soon!
CAN I ADD OR REPLACE ITEMS IN THE BOX?
Our boxes are carefully designed to ensure a good balance of vitamin enriched produce, therefore this is not an option we currently offer. If you were after some large quantities, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to fulfill your needs.
WHEN DO I NEED TO ORDER?
We are designed to be flexible so that you order any-time from anywhere! Any orders placed before 12-mid day will allow for a same day dispatch.
IS YOUR PRODUCE ORGANIC?
Currently, our produce is not organic; but keep an eye out!
IS YOUR PRODUCE SPRAY FREE?
No, all produce has been sprayed throughout its growth cycle.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH MY BOX?
If there are issues with your box we will most certainly work to solve them. We will offer either a refund or a replacement.
DO I HAVE TO SANITIZE MY PRODUCE BOX?
All boxes are packed in an MPI food processing facility where hygiene is our top priority. However, with the current health crisis we would recommend thoroughly washing all produce before use for additional safety.
HOW DO I SEE WHERE MY ORDER IS?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched. This will include a tracking number so you are able to follow your order through its journey to your front door.
I CANNOT FIND MY ORDER, WHO SHOULD I SPEAK TO?
CAN I COME AND PICK UP MY BOX?
Due to health and safety regulations, unfortunately pickups are not an option.
